I received a speeding ticket in PA (78 in a 55) will the points transfer to VA?

Since both Pennsylvania and Virginia are both participating members of the Nonresident Violator Compact (NRVC) administered by the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA), you can
likely expect that the Keystone state will notify the Commonwealth's DMV
regarding your violation which will then assess the points against your license
that such a violation would merit in Virginia.
