Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I received a speeding ticket in Pennsylvania for 51 mph in a 45 zone. I live in Virginia and my Drivers License is a Virginia license. Are there any points associated with this citation? And if so, would VA impose points on my license?

Yes, there are points associated with this Virginia violation (probably no more than two), but Pennsylvania, as a participant in the Interstate Compact, would need to properly notify the Commonwealth of your conviction for this traffic infraction before Virginia DMV could add any points to your driver's record (which may or may not happen).
