Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I received two speeding tickets in Sept 2010, I was ticketed for speeding but had a crack in the windshield which made me a target. I received both tickets within 2 days. I of course fixed my windshield so that aspect was dropped in court but I still had to pay for speeding tickets. Then March 2011 I was involved in an accident and considered at fault. Then my misfortune I forgot to pay the ticket fine and license was suspended. I fixed that really quickly.
Now my problem is after all this nightmare (which as you can see was a short period of time) I cannot get a truck driving job because of my record (I now have my class A CDL). Is there anyway I can have the first 2 tickets expunged without waiting 3 years (In Virginia)? I have already taken the driver improvement class and had points removed but unfortunately it didn't help much.
