Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I received a ticket in FFX county for 67/45 zone (LIDAR). the officer was kind enough (I think) to put down "violation of county code 82-4-10--speed 25-50, 60 zone generally". He told me that I will not incur points and it is not a reckless driving charge since it is a county code infraction and I can prepay. any truth to this??

Not a reckless driving charge and prepay, yes.
However, as to whether you will incur points for the county infraction, best
to check with DMV.
