Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

I received a ticket in VA for going 80 miles in a 70 miles per hour zone. This happened in Dinwiddle county. I've gone online several times to locate the ticket before today and couldn't find any information. I've also called the number on the citation during normal business hours, but no one answers and every message I left has not been returned. When I took another look at the citation, the officers handwriting isn't legible. My last name is Mack, however, someone could assume the k is an h. When I look online again and spelled the last name Mach, the ticket came up, with the correct spelling of my first and middle name, address, and partial date of birth. However, in the infration book it has 880/70 SP. Im interpreting this as 880 miles in a 70 mile and hour zone. This is definitely not correct and seems to be an error. In addtion, the total for the ticket is $4,291.00. This seems outrageous for going 10 miles over the limit.

So, call the clerk's office of the traffic court involved to determine whether it's a speeding or reckless driving charge, and, if the former, the amount of the fine and whether you can prepay it.
