Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was recently ticketed for performing a u-turn at an intersection with a 2- lane turn lane. I had a protected green arrow, there were no signs stating that a u-turn was illegal, and I was on the inside lane. The officer said that u-turns were always illegal in 2 lane turn lanes; should I fight this?

You may fight the case and perhaps win. If you lose you will have to pay court costs on top of the fine. Attorney Sheryl Shane, tel. 703 503 4448. web: sherylshanelaw.com.
