Reckless driving is a Class 1 criminal misdemeanor

in the Commonwealth and therefore a jailable offense. Better see about retaining a lawyer to represent you in this matter to minimize the numerous possible adverse consequences. If you cannot afford to hire such defense counsel on your own, then you should ask the court to appoint

one for you.
