Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Reckless Driving
Cited at 86/65 around Hwy 66 West & 81 South in northern VA.
Clean record with +5 points; no offense, accident, ... nothing. Should I get an attorney? How do the judges view first-time offenses!?

Re: Reckless Driving
You most likely were either in Warren or Frederick County, Virginia, when you were cited. Neither of these areas are normally thought of as Northern Virginia.
The charge is reckless driving, a criminal(Class 1 misdemeanor) as well as jailable offense.
Better get a lawyer.
