Reckless Driving in Southampton County 83/60

Recently I have got Uniform Summon with 46.2 862 (reckless driving) charges. My court date is Nov 13. Ticket have option to avoid hearing by paying fine. I have PA Driving license and no previous tickets.

I need advise, if I pay the fine. Is ther chance of waiver of charges. How much VA shares with PA state.

Is ther ant chnace being good past record, I can get waive of trail and charges?

No, paying the fine will not get you a waiver of the charges. You can, however, request to be tried in your absence, and should not pay any fines assessed until notified by the Southhampton Co. Traffic

Court that such have been assessed against you.

It's remotely possible that the case could even be dismmissed if the trooper who ticketed you fails to appear on the day scheduled for the hearing or some other bureaucratic glitch causes your case not to be formally adjudicated.

And, yes, I believe both Virginia and Pennsylvania belong to the same Mid-Atlantic Driver's License Compact and routinely share DMV information with each other on drivers in their respective states.
