reckless driving ticket
i was given a reckless driving ticket. the undercover trailblazer was not running radar. i had a little to drink which they breathalized me for i was a .073 or something which isunder legal limit. ivehad 2 speeding tickets over 3 and 5 years ago. what would tis ticket be reduced to possibly with a good attorney. it was also dark so if that has anything to do with anything.

Possibly, with some luck, to a mere traffic infraction such as Improper Driving. (See Va. Code Sec. 46.2-869.)
