Reckless Driving in Virginia
My daughter was recently charged with reckless driving (in excess of 20 miles over the limit) in the state of virginia. It is her first offense, can she ask for prayer for judgement in the state of virginia and if so, what type of fine should she expect? She is licensed in the state of PA.

Prayers for judgment are not recognized in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a disposition for reckless driving.
Under no circumstances should your daughter agree to plead guilty to a charge of reckless driving (a criminal misdemeanor offense), but rather only to a reduced charge of speeding(a traffic infraction) which may involve a fine of no more than a couple of hundred dollars.
