Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Reckless on a Private Road
I was ticketed for driving 52 in a 25.
The road in question was a private road
in a country club. The speed limit sign
on this road is a wooden one with green
numbers. On the sign it says ''25
m.p.h.'' in cursive writing. That's all it
says. I was wondering if I had a good
chance of winning this case in court,
and whether I should hire a lawyer to
argue my case.
