removal
If I have recieved and paid for a moving voiolation in the state of VA but my license is in MD, and there are no points on my license, but the moving violation is still there.. can it be removed? I have a CDL.

You could certainly check with the Maryland MVD folks, but, quite frankly, I can see no reason why the record of the violation should be removed from your Maryland MVD record merely because you've paid the fine for the Virginia violation.(One might conjecture, a moving violation is a moving violation, whether committed in Virginia or Maryland, even if no points are assessed against the violator's record in his state of licensure.)
