Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I currently have a restricted driver's license in GA that was issued in May of 2010 due to DUI guilty plea, but I moved to VA this June. I do not have a Virginia license. I did about 5 years ago, but moved from VA to GA in 2005 and transferred my license to GA, but am now back in VA. What is the process for filing a petition with Chesterfield County General District Traffic Court in order to secure a restricted driver's license in VA? Do I have to have an attorney do it or can I do it myself?
