Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Restricted License Question
I recently recieved a restricted license from Fairfax County and was told that getting gas was considered social driving and was not permitted. This is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of. Is this true?

Re: Restricted License Question
Under the terms of your restricted license, you should only be stopping to get gas on the way to (or return from)one of your other approved activities for which the restricted license is allowed.(This type of restriction is entirely reasonable and should afford plenty of opportunity for you to purchase gas for your vehicle.)
