speed trap
at night time, can cops hid out on the side of the road with no lights on to catch people speeding?
i thought the have to have at least their parking lights on. and how would u bring this up at court?

Yes, they can. And a lot of other "sneaky" things, too. I should know. I've been a defense attorney for twenty five years and a part time prosecutor for part of that time.
AND, my son's a traffic cop, too.
