Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was speeding. The state trooper clocked me going 74 in a 45. Went back the other day it was a 55. Does it go by where he clocked me at?

Presumably, you mean the speed limit zone which you have been accused of violating. It should be that zone where you were allegedly "clocked" which apparently will be an issue of fact.
