speeding ticket 77 in 55
The information the officer listed on the ticket is incorrect. He listed height, weight, eye, hair color and date of birth wrong, listed correct license number. Is this grounds to dismiss?

No, it is not. The prosecutor, if he or she chooses, can merely move to amend the ticket to correct for the incorrect information. What matters is whether you in fact are the one named on the ticket who in fact committed the infraction alleged.
