Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I had a speeding ticket in VA but I have a MD driver's license. Will VA keeps the points in their record?, if one day I change my DL to VA will those points be automatically counted against me?
Thanks!

Since both MD and VA belong to the same Driver's License Compact
which share information with each other with respect to their licensed drivers,
you can reasonably expect that the information regarding your Virginia speeding
infraction will be transmitted to Maryland.
