Speeding 54/35
this is my first speeding ticket and i wanted to know if the ticket could be reduced so that it will not go against my insurance.

It will be reported. However, if you have been driving a long time and have an otherwise very good driving record, get a print out from the DMV (official) and go early to the court. Ask for the prosecutor. Show him your good driving record and say that you would admit to going 44.
Based on your very good driving record, it is possible the prosecutor would agree to drop it down to 44 if you admit to that and they don't have to prove it.
