Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
speeding ticket help
I got a ticket for 73 in a 60. It's my
first in over 5 years, and my last was
in NC, and got dropped to a non-
moving violation.
What's the best way to make this go
away without it affecting my
insurance? I don't mind showing up in
court myself, but I'm not sure what to
request in VA.

Re: speeding ticket help
Request (at the minimum) a reduction on your alleged infractional speed from 75mph to 65mph in return for your plea of guilty.
