Speeding in Virginia
I was on my way home on a road trip and I got a speeding ticket for 13 MPH over in Virginia. I have a NJ drivers license, will these points transfer over to my NJ license?

Only if NJ DMV authorities learn of it as a result of participating in the compact which a number of mid-Atlantic states belong to which permits these various states to routinely share information(including violations) regarding their respective drivers.
