Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was stopped on I81 and received a 85/65 reckless driving ticket. I\'ve just received an improper driving ticket last month, so I already have 5points on my driving record, but I\'ve just got the driving school certificate for 5points. \nSo should I hire an attorney or just appear at the court politely and show them the certification. This is because I don\'t know if I can come up with the lawyer fee, but I\'ll still do it if this is necessary. Thank you!
