Stopped for Speeding, officer was standing on someone else property
Last week, I got pulled over in a residential area 15mph over speed limit. Officer was parked in someone's driveway in a unmarked car (camero). Can i pursue route of officer as trespassing on someone else's property.

No, you cannot. For all you know, the owner of the property had given the officer permission to be there and only this owner would have the necessary legal standing to bring such charges.
