Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
I was stopped by va beach police my boyfriend was driving on a suspend license however I was in the car with a valid drivers license but the officer informed me that even though it's my car I had to tow my car on the spot for 3 mandatory days my question is did this officer unlawfully make me tow my car? And should get a lawyer involved to be compensated for the tow and incoveince
