Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Submitting a motion to the circuit court for reinstatement of license

I have talked to four lawyers and none of them said they would help. They couldn't justify charging me to do it, because I can do it myself in 5 minutes. This was a DWI charge all classes are over and this is the last step I have to take.

I've searched online everywhere and nowhere can I find what i need to write this up or who to deliver it to or any steps at all.

Any help would be great.

Re: Submitting a motion to the circuit court for reinstatement of license

You should be able to pick up a packet of forms with instructions from your local circuit court clerk's office informing you as to how to petition the court for a reinstatement of your license without the assistance of an attorney.(I know that Prince William Circuit Court had a supply on hand a few years back.)
