throwing an object from a moving car
i have no criminal record but have been charged with felony throwing a missile at a car whats the penalty

A lady this past January was convicted of this same offense around January 2007.(She threw something like a MacDonald's drink or slurpee into an adjacent vehicle in a fit of ire.) Although a felony conviction can mean at least a year in the slammer, this woman apparently did only about 30 days in the Stafford County (I think) jail after the judge suspended the remaining 11 months of her sentence.
