Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
If I have a ticket or fine that I'm required to pay in Kentucky before I would be eligible to receive my Drivers license. Would that prevent me from getting my license in Virginia?

Probably depends upon whether the information has come to the attention of Virginia DMV authorities via the Interstate Driver's License Compact from Kentucky and is regarded as serious enough to prevent your licensure in the Commonwealth until it is taken care of.
