Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
My First Ticket a Reckless Ticket
I recently got pulled over on 95 going (83 on a 55) and got a reckless ticket...before that incident i had a clean record (no past tickets or accident anything) and have been driving for almost 2 years (im 20 years old)...will i get possible jail time or suspension of my license for this type of situation. would this mean i have a criminal record now? would i face a fine of around 2500 even though of my clean record? basically whats the best possible outcome of this type of situation? and whats the best way to over come this in court
