Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Ticket / Summons
Can the following possible in VA? In
some states, if receive
ticket/summons, when at the court
date and talk with court personnel,
prior to speaking to/a the judge, and
sometimes workout to donate the
amount of a ticket to charity so not
to receive points and/or negative
information against ones license.

As I answered before, there are no such arrangements in the Commonwealth of which I am aware which would permit a defendant to settle a ticket for a traffic infraction by making a donation to charity. The traffic court in Virginia has absolutely no say in who will or will not receive points for a traffic infraction conviction.
