Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
First time Reckless Driving
I was going 67 on a 35 road, it's my first ticket ever. I was thinking to take classes at the driving improvement clinic before court, so I might lower my points. Please I need some advise, I don't want to hire a lawyer $$$.

Re: First time Reckless Driving
Sure, you can take the driver improvement course before your court hearing date, but under no circumstances should you take a plea to the charge of reckless driving.
