Towing damage
If my car was towed without my consent and damaged in the process is the tow company liable?

Re: Towing damage
The towing company is required to use ordinary and reasonable care in towing as well storing
your vehicle until it's reclaimed. If the company fails to exercise this standard of care and the vehicle is damaged either through their negligence or someone else's, the company is liable.
