If i got sr-22 and pay dmv fees

sould i plead guilty or not gilty.

Not guilty, to driving while suspended

if you had no notice required for the suspension.

As I said before, when you come to court for these matters, if you bring proof that you've met Virginia's auto insurance requirement by securing insurance through the SR-22 high risk pool and that you've gotten the defective muffler repaired, the court may dismiss both the tickets which were apparently issued in these matters.
