Re: Traffic Ticket School Zone related
Review the time when the incident occurred and whether it was during school hours. And also determine when the lights are normally flashing during school hours to slow drivers down. During all schools hours or only
part thereof?
If you discover evidence which supports your position that the lights were not flashing when you passed through the school zone, then you can tell it to the judge when your case comes up for a hearing in traffic court, and, perhaps, be acquitted of this charge.
