Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
i have a truck with a tail light that is out. The dealer says it needs a part that won't be available for 2 months. If I get a letter from them explaining this, can I still get a ticket if I get pulled over? Also, would I be held responsible if someone rear-ends me?
