If the underlining crime for good behavior violation was a 2nd offense DUI would should the violater except?

It would be up to the judge to decide, depending upon the nature

and seriousness of this "good behaviour violation" and whether some or all of the sentence that may have been suspebded in the DUI case should now be imposed.on the defendant.
