unlicensed driver
If an unlicensed driver takes a car without the owners permission and is involved in an accident, will the car owner's insurance pay? Also who is liable for this.

Very likely depends upon what the owner's policy says in regard to this issue. Probably, only the unlicensed one, assuming that he is adjudged the only one at fault and that there is no contributory negligence on the part of the other driver(s).
