Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
VA Civil Law
I was in a car accident on my employer's parking lot (private property). My question is whether Virginia law treats accidents on private property as ''no fault'', meaning I'm responsible for repairing my vehicle and the other driver is responsible for repairing his vehicle.

Re: VA Civil Law
"No fault" accidents on private property, you ask? Of course, not, if you caused the damage to another vehicle, whether on private or public property, you're responsible (or your insurance carrier) for the costs of having that damage repaired.
