Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia

Will I serve jail time for a driving on a suspended license(2nd offense)even if i go to court with a valid license?note:license is suspended because of uninsured motors fee(SR-22),1st offense was in 2003,I was aware that i was under a suspension,and I was pulled over for a expired registration in a company vehicle.

Yes, if it's your second DWS offense and you knew your license was suspended, it's possible that the judge might give you a few days in the local slammer.

Better get a lawyer, if at all possible, to represent you.
