Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Is window tinting a primary or secondary offense in the state of virginia? I was pulled over for window tinting on a cloudy day, and officer could not tell me when the meter had been calibrated, and only pulled me for windows. The car was purchased as it is, and has passed VA inspection twice with window tint.

Has to be a primary offense if that was the only probable cause for the cop stop.
