Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Worst luck
Im at -17 driving points.I have one ticket for 66/50 pending.I was pulld over for doing 82/65 lidar, reckless for doing over 80 at Hanover County and the state trooper said my tints were illegal (33%)front and gave me a third ticket for having tinted license plates.I have a reckless charge already on my record in fairfax county.i really need a restricted license for im in school part time and work at the bank full time.im just 3 mph away from just general speeding.i live about 1.5 hours away from there.i have 90 days of suspended jail sentence from my previous charges and $300 suspended also.i just received my license back about 2 months ago from suspension, so i was on probation.HELP!!!

Better get an attorney who's familiar with how traffic court works in Hanover County.
