Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
wreckless driving a criminal offense?
About 8 years ago I was convicted of wreckless driving and served 3 days in jail. I am now applying for job and was not sure if this was on my record, or if I have to disclose it, or what the procedure is. If someone could help me, that would be great.

Re: wreckless driving a criminal offense?
If you're asked a question which would cover this kind of offense, whether it concerns an arrest or conviction or both, you must disclose it. Quite often what you need to disclose, may well be dependent upon the exact wording of the question which is asked.
