Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
wreckless driving
my 17 yr old son was on private property and made a turn into a ditch before entering the road.the judge convicted him and revoked his license for 90 days ,40hrs community & driving school. should we appeal

If all of the action in fact took place on property that was completely in private hands and no public land or wayfare was involved, yes, you should appeal. However, it sounds as if that may actually not have been the case, if in fact the ditch was in any way contiguous with a public road.
