Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
Wrong offense date on ticket
I know this probably won't be answered in time to help me, but I was looking over my ticket for court tomorrow morning, and I realized that under date it was written 12/15/02 and under day of week was Sunday. Now this date doesn't exist, the correct date was Sun Dec 14th. On the 15th, Mon, I was studying for a final at the time of the offense. I was wondering if I could get the case dismissed on these grounds. Thanks.
