x15 pocket bike
If i get an x15 pocket bike can it become street if i get a permits or somthing like that in Virginia?
Are they classified as a moped or like one?

No, I don't think the x15 bike is classified as (or like)a moped in the Commonwealth, but you could check with the Virginia DMV to make certain.
