What are the implications for an administrator who has distributed the assets of the estate without paying the debts?

If the administrator of the estate did such without having any refunding bond in place nor other means to recapture assets already inappropriately distributed and sufficient to pay these claims, it's possible that he or she could be found personally liable for paying them.
