Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Adult children heir living in family home

My brother is an equal heir in my fathers will. I lived in the home to care for him prior to his death. My brother ( also The executor) is forcing me to move out with no notice and demanded that I do so within 48 hours of my fathers death. If I am willing to pay the expenses of the home can he force me to move.

Unless you were also devised a share of the property in your father's will, then, yes, the executor

can force your removal in order to sell the property or otherwise dispose of it in accord with the terms of this will.
