Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

What are my rights as a aire of my Mother's will. My sister is the executor and seems to have all the legal rights to do anything she wants.

I'm confused.

You're not the only one confused.(So am I by your question.) Without many more relevant facts regarding this apparent probate situation, there's simply no way to respond to your question and clear your confusion.

(FYI, executors probating estates in the Commonwealth, normally have at least 14 months or so to complete the job.)
