Bank account access after death
I have two joint checking accounts (JTWROS) with my mother. If she died before I did, would I encounter a problem accessing the funds immediately (i.e. without having to go through probate) if:
(a) I am the primamry account holder, or
(b) I am the secondary account holder

Re: Bank account access after death
As long as your JTWROS with your mother on these accounts, your status as primary or secondary account holder should make no difference.
