Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

My brother and I have become administrator of estate for my deceased father. He didnt leave a will. My brother is living in the house that still has a small mortgage on it but large payments a month, he hasnt been able to pay and is about 3 months behind, we're hoping that the house will not go into foreclosure but as administrators of estate will the forclosure go on our credit reports?

No, since the estate of the deceased is the owner of the subject property rather

than the administrator(s) ---at least until the estate is closed out.
